Do your diamonds come with a certificate?
Yes. Every diamond comes with an individual certificate from an internationally recognised gemological institute, such as IGI.

Can I change my ring size after ordering?
As each Vaalberg engagement ring is individually crafted according to your selected ring size, we are unable to change the ring size once production has started.
We carefully review all order details before crafting your ring and are happy to assist you in selecting the correct size before placing your order.
If your ring requires resizing after delivery, we recommend contacting a trusted local jeweller who can advise you on the best solution for your specific ring and design. Our Customer Care team is also available to provide any information needed about your jewellery.
How long does delivery take?
Each engagement ring is carefully crafted after your order to ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
The estimated delivery time for engagement rings is 5–6 weeks from the date of purchase. Once your ring is ready, it will be securely packaged and shipped with insured, trackable delivery.
Can I return my engagement ring?
As every Vaalberg engagement ring is individually crafted after your order based on your chosen diamond, metal, setting and ring size, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has started. Each ring is created specifically for you, making it a truly personal piece of jewellery designed to be cherished for a lifetime.
Before we begin crafting your ring, our team carefully reviews your order details and is always available to assist you with diamond selection, design choices and ring sizing to ensure you feel confident with your choice.
Please note that this does not affect your rights in the case of a manufacturing defect.
How do I choose the right ring size?
Finding the perfect fit is an important part of your engagement ring experience.
For the most accurate result, we recommend having your finger professionally measured by a local jeweller before placing your order.
If you prefer to measure at home, you can use an existing ring that fits comfortably on the same finger. Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimetres and compare it with a standard ring size chart.
For the best accuracy:
- Measure your finger at the end of the day when your hands are at their natural size
- Avoid measuring when your hands are cold, as fingers can appear smaller
- Make sure the ring feels comfortable and can move over the knuckle without being too loose
If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every Vaalberg piece.
All Vaalberg jewellery is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. This includes issues related to the craftsmanship, construction and quality of the jewellery.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, improper care, chemical exposure, discolouration, lost stones, or modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend regular care and professional inspection when needed.
Is my ring insured during shipping?
Yes. Every Vaalberg order is securely packaged and shipped with full insurance and tracking throughout the delivery process.
